By accessing or using the website located at https://www.rewire-journey.com (the "Site"), registering for a cohort, subscribing to our newsletter, downloading any gated content, or otherwise engaging with any services, content, or resources provided by Rewire Journey ("we", "us", "our", or "Rewire Journey"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Terms").
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site or participate in our services.

Rewire Journey provides coaching programs, cohort-based learning experiences, digital tools, personal development resources, and related services designed to support individual transformation and mind-body alignment. 5. Registration for Programs or Cohorts
When registering for a cohort, program, or workshop, you agree to provide accurate information and to comply with all program guidelines and expectations.
5.1 Refund Policy — No Refunds After Cohort Start
Once the cohort for which you are registered has started, all payments become non-refundable.
This policy is in place because:
- cohort capacity is limited,
- materials and preparation begin immediately, and
- your seat cannot be reassigned once the program is underway.
If you choose to withdraw before the official start date of your cohort, you may request a refund subject to any administrative fees specified at registration.
After the cohort begins, no refunds, pro-rated credits, or transfers will be provided under any circumstances.
6. Coaching and Program Disclaimer
Coaching provided by Rewire Journey is educational and developmental in nature. It is not psychological counseling, therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional care. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or mental health advice.
You acknowledge that your decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from participating in a cohort or applying the content are your sole responsibility.
7. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or tools. These links are provided for your convenience and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party practices, policies, or content accessed through external links.
8. Limitation of Liability
